330ml bottle. Pours dark gold with a large head. Aroma is light sour gooseberry jelly. Taste is lightly sour with gooseberry and lime.

Hazy pale golden colour, small frothy white head, dissipating slowly. Aroma pale malt, orange, preserved lemon, tart. Taste medium sweet and sour, tarty orange, spicy notes. Bit salty, mild sweet and sour aftertaste, spicy notes, bit orange pith. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, fresh, nice and easy sour.

330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Jan 19. Misty golden yellow, rocky patchy white head. Bright tropical aroma that reminds me of Lilt. Salt. Sour lilt grapefruit / pineapple character. Nice crisp edge. Good.

28th Jan 2019. Shrewsbury Beer Exchange Group meeting in Chez Sophie. This was the fifth of the collaboration set, we had all six during the session, splitting the cost between the five of us. Golden body, slight haze. Citrus leanings, sour and with a salt like aftertaste. Not really my thing; scored objectively.

Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow. Aroma is soapy and citric, grassy hops too. Body is medium, soapy, citric, sour, lively carbonation. Fruity and citric. Good.

330ml bottle from Salt Horse Beer Shop. Hazy golden colour, white foam head and tart grapey citrus rind funky aroma. Taste is tart, zesty, lemon rind, sour, hop, grapefruit, white wine,and funky barnyard yeasty. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sour finish. Nicely drinkable

Bottle shared at Columbus tasting 27/09/2018. Many thanks! A light hazed golden coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is nice tart pithy grapefruit, woody passionfruit, zesty. Flavour is composed of semi sweet and sour passion fruit, lime, juicy sharp fruit, . Palate is semi sweet, sour, sharp, rounded, moderate carboantion.

Bottle split at L6, thanks to Kenny, 27/09/18. Lightly hazed golden blonde with a decent off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is pissy citric shreds, straw, green berry must, dusty fruits. Taste comprises lemon tinged straw, light funk, green berry skins, grape must, balsa wood, mellow acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok easy drinking sour.
