Not bad, some apple skins, mellow apple juice, soft carb. Dry and lightly musty. Highly drinkable.

Keg (I presume ... came out of a tap but maybe they have it hooked up to a bladder bag ... didnt ask but seemed pretty chilled ?) at Ascot Brewing taproom, Camberley, 16/08/21. Cleat golden with a white cap that soon dissipates. Nose is tangy apple skins, light funk, grass, orchard wood, musty apple. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, tannins, funk, farmyard notes, hay bale. faint smoke. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent funked up cider.

Cask at Horse & Groom Micropub, Chobham. 5.0% now. Sweet apple peel aroma. Slightly opaque pale gold. No head. Initial sourness before honey sweetness comes through. Underlying bitterness is apparent into the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long astringent finish. Decent stuff - a range of flavours as you supp it.

330ml can from Pilango. Pours a misty golden yellow. Aroma is fairly sour, some funk. Taste continues on the sour wild vibe, moderately acidic, drying close, light natural carbonation. Quite like this myself, but can't see it appealing to the masses.

[33cl can from the Bingham Brewery shop.] A hazy straw coloured pour with next to no carbonation; fresh sweet apple aroma; slightly drier in the mouth with a touch of pear.

500ml bottle from Bier Huis. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and fruity apple aroma with vinegary funk hints. Taste is fruity, mellow apple, caramel, some tartness and vinegar funky notes. Light bodied, medium carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable.
