A wild ale refermented with organic Chardonnay grapes. A hybrid of a farmhouse cider, natural white wine and beer. It has an intense aroma and strong tannins, because of the long maturation of the grapes. Complex flavour and wild yeast notes. I would recommend to decant the beer to let the aromas open up to their full potential.

Bottle. Madama Beerstro, Bologna. Bright, lemon gold. Film of white foam. Nose has sweaty, cheesy funk. Apple pomace. White grape. Wine dregs. Hint of vinegar. Taste is a little tart, with a distinct apple sweetness. Light and juicy on the palate. Carbonation levels simmer down to a fine foam. Lemon and apple tartness to finish. Nicely smelly sour. Lots going on at the lowly ABV.

750mL bottled January 28, 2017, drunk 9/21/17.
Bright, lemon-skin yellow body is well-carbonated and shows high clarity with a solid white head atop showing good retention to-style.
Chardonnay in the nose provides both oak and light grape character with soft minerals backed by light base malts and easygoing funk. Lactic acid and Brett both show up a bit more strongly than in any other TS's I've had, providing the closest approximation to a lambic of any of the bunch (though it's still quite a ways off from a real lambic aroma). Clean, no alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it again displays light lambic traits with juicy acidity, good dryness and a soft texture with oak tannin and a solid mix of bacterial-produced acids. Dainty and elegant, with ample, engaging carbonation, it shows the most lambic qualities of the bunch but is still solidly in Wild ale territory (which is fine).

Bottle @ Caesar, thanks for sharing Cees! Lightly hazy yellow to light orange color, average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly sourish, sweetish yellow fruit, peach. Very balanced, very nice.

Bottle from Tommie Sjef webshop, BB 28-01-2027, 20 cl sample. Aroma of fruity white wine, bit horseblanket, funky, bit oak wood. Soft sourness in taste, citric, dry white wine. Great in summer.

Bottle - Lots of peppery oak with light apple notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Ton so of pepper, light apple and a very dry finish. Very unusual, and I don’t know where all the pepper is coming from.

Bottle shared with Phillycraft at In De Wildeman. Very hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is hugely vinous with woody barrel notes, spicy aspects, some plastic coming out and green apples. Flavour is light light moderate sweet and moderate sour with a dry finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
