Can from North Park Bottlecraft. 6.9%. The recipe seems to drift year to year. Poured into a clear, plastic cup back @the hotel. Dusty, 14k gold pour. A little gloopy with just a bit of spritz. Dusty, yeasty, macerated apple, earthy sweet. Primarily earthy bittersweets. Bittergreen mango, apple core, snappy pineapple, yeast, lingering pepper. Been a minute since a good Anxo brew.

On tap at ANXO, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins, with white wine yeast and a touch of oak. Flavour is similar, with crisp apple skins, spritzy white wine yeast, and a touch of earthiness. Spritzy and bright. Decent.

Bottle at Cider Salon, 2018.Golden colour, no lasting head and fruity funky apple aroma. Taste is fruity apple, mellow, bittersweet, light funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Whole Foods Springfield. Poured a fizzy yellow color with a small head. Aroma was light sweetness. Tasty pear, light grape. Really nice.

A golden cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light acidity, light acidity, very nice. In mouth, a nice mix of sweet apple jam, light acidity and Epsom salts, rosewater, interesting. On tap at cidery. 8-4-7-3-14

On tap at Anxo, pours a clear gold with a ring of white head. Nose has sweet apple juice, pears, sweet ice cider. Flavor is sweet and cheesy, quince paste, some blue cheese, white grape and plenty of apple juice. Finishes bone dry. Really well done.
