Bottle from Black Isle Brewery. It pours lightly hazy golden with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, zingy, tangy grapefruit, citrus jelly and elderflower cordial. The taste is crisp, dry, touch of bitterness, quite clean, pithy grapefruit, floral vibes, slightly floury and a touch of tannin with a drying finish. Lightish body and fine carbonation. Pretty quenching and easy going. Nae bad.
