Bottiglia.

23/IX/23 - on tap @ Borefts Beer Festival Day 2, BB: n/a (2023-719) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Clear orange beer, creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty, funky, a bit oxidized, some leather, pretty earthy, ok. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, grains, hay, cow fodder, a little bitter, fruity touch, oxidized. Aftertaste: more grains, a bit of diacetyl, hay, barnyard, is this one a bit too old?

Bottle. Pretty much clear amber with a cm of white head. Aroma of grapefruit, herbal lemon that's a little cleaning product-like, breadcrust. Clean and a little lighter on the palate than expected. Lots of citrus, slight boiled lolly, moderate bitterness is a bit on the low side for me. Refreshing, pretty good.

MBCC Sunday session, 'No riff raff'. Bottle thanks to DSG. Clear amber - gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Caramel malts, semi sweet. Wishy washy orange peel hops, trace of pine. Smooth finish. Much work needs doing here.
