24/6/2019. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear bright pale gold with a small short lasting off-white head. Aroma of stewed pears, light toffee, light honey and citrus. Light to moderate sweetness and moderate tartness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Tart and dry finish. Enjoyed this.

375ml bottle from Station House Cider Festival 2019. Golden colour with some floating sediment, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity pear. Taste is sweet, syrupy pear, with some honey notes, light funk and alittle tartness. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, mellow sweet finish. Nicely drinkable

Bottle. Color: Pale yellow golden. Some floating pieces. No head. Aroma: Sweetish mild pear. Taste: Bit sparkling, mild medium sweet pear. Light to moderate bitterness, lightly tart. Funky hints. Dry-ish mouthfeel. My first perry, but this one certainly is very nice.

375ml bottle direct from Tom Oliver's farm. Pours clear gold, aroma is mild perry pear fruit, vanilla, custard. Taste presents crystal clear perry pear fruit with a moderate sweetness that really shines out the glass, not too sweet or pulpy, just enough, exceptionally delicate character. Very good keeved perry.

375ml bottle. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Clear, pale gold. A few yeasty floaters. No head. Nose has soft, cheesy, woody funk. Sweet, ripe dessert pear. Taste is sweet and fruity, with a light, funky, cheesy tartness. Light to medium body. A little sticky. Fine carbonation. Sweet pear and light, tart funk to finish. Simple and ridiculously good.
