330ml can, online from Beer Republic NL. Pours very pale with a few bubbles of head. Aroma is citrus, lemon, grapefruit. Taste: crisp, very light, soft apple sweetness, lime hints, floral. Light body with loose bubbly carbonation.

Intense sour beginning. Very dry with not much aroma. The hops are fruity with a nice pine and resin back, but the cider lacks of aroma (as Braeburn is a very bad variety for making cider). The aftertaste has sour apple skin with nice refreshing crisp floralness. Nice idea, but a waste of this great hops to be paired with an eating-only apple....

Taste is sweetish, tart, zesty, floral fruity, green apple, melon, citrus hop, woody oak hints. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry fruity hoppy oaky finish. Quite drinkable
