Keg draught at the Salmon, Leicester. Mid-golden and clear with a slight off-white head. Light floral and fruity aroma. With light pine noyes. Tastes sweet with a suggestion of bitterness. Finish is far more bitter with stone fruit and tannic character in the aftertaste. A decent beer but not hitting the heights that Salopian is capable of.

7/3/2020. Bottle at my Birthday bottle share, courtesy of minutemat - cheers! Pours slightly hazy pale orange gold with a large frothy white head. Aroma of spicy hops, citrus and grass. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, a bit on the fizzy side, but apart from that enjoyed this.

500ml bottle from trade with minutemat, cheers Mat! Slightly hazy golden colour, white foam head leaving some lacing and aroma of juicy fruity citrus hop. Taste is pale malt caramel, biscuit with citrus, light pine, hop resiny bitterness. Smooth foamy mouthfeel, light bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at the Gryphon, Bristol 7/3/2019. Golden in colour, with a slight, white, head. Juicy citrus hops, Biscuity malts, pineapples and tangerines, leading to a dryish finish. Excellent.

Cask @ Salopian, the pub. Pours a misty unclear golden yellow, good pure white topping with lacing. Grapefruit and citric orange on the nose. Fairly hoppy with bright grapefruit and soothing sorachi hints and a gentle low-lying bitterness.
