Bottle from Scrattings. Light cloudy gold, looks still. Aroma of sweet apple, light funk, touch of brown sugar, hint of spice. Taste is mellow sweet apple juice, light dryness, still. Mellow and still don't work together for me. A nice fruitiness does come through if you swill it around the mouth but carbonation would do the job better. Nonetheless its quite enjoyable.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden and pretty flat. Nose - ripe, sweet apples. Taste - again, ripe, sweet apples. Palate - medium bodied, sweet and with low acidity given it's West Country. Low tannins. Overall - enjoyed this.

Cask at the Peterborough beer Festival 2019. A light hazed greenish yellow coloured pour with a halo of bubbles. Aroma is funky permessan, dry oak, tangy apple, sweaty grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, crisp tangy apple, tart tannin, oak, drying bark. Palate is crisp and tart, low condition. Nice funk.
