Pours a hazy pale golden colour and a dense white head with a thin layer retention. Aroma's of soft fruit and some caramel malt, light vegetal. Retronasa; it's fuirty, light vegetal, light sweet. Flavour is moderate sweet, light fruity sour. Light bodied. Finish is slightly sour first, then light bitter. Can was not too fresh anymore, but still pleasant enough.

17 August 2019. At Gents Bierfestival X. Cheers to Anke, Kevin & the crew! Hazy ochre, lasting, thick, frothy, white head. Aroma of banana peel, yellow apple, pear, peach, bread, yeast, faint butter. Taste is light to medium fruity sweet, notes of apple & banana over a yeasty & bready character; spicy touch, sourish wheat & lemon leading to a dryish, grassy hoppy finish, more yellow fruit, yeast & pepper. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Good one.

0.33 l can from 'Dranken Melgers'. Hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy and moderately fruity-grassy aroma of banana, lemon peel, some clove and traces of hay. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently fruity-grassy, slightly yeasty-spicy and a bit floral taste of lemon peel, pineapple, clove, some peach, a touch of banana and traces of hay, followed by a short, gently bitter, rather dry, gently yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Solid Saison!

Clear blond with thin head. Aroma and flavour have typical soapy yeast. A bit too sweet and yeasty.
