At Borefts 2019. Aroma of tart, wheat and berries. Taste has tart, wheat, forest berries, oak and acidic sourness. Nice fruity sour.

Bottle. Pink-ish color. Aroma of tart berries, oak, wheat, vanilla and cherry. Taste has firm acidic sourness, tart sour berries, wheat, some salt, oak, cherry, lacto sour and a dry tart finish. This is really sour, the berries seem a bit unripe still.

Sampled at Borefts 2019, Friday. A hazy reddish brown beer. Aroma of sour apples and red berries. Taste of sour cherries, apples, vinegar.

Borefts XI. Day 2. Keg. Hazy yellowish gold beer, no head. Crisp and fairly dry palate, fine minerally crispness. Tart lemon, not quite acid but flirting with it. A forensic blackberry buried underneath. Dry finish. A bit sharp for me, found it hard to drink.

5 July 2019. At Dok Brewing Festival. Cheers to Anke & Ghent beer crew! Hazy ochre, lasting, thin, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of gooseberry, wheat, sourdough, unripe strawberry, lemon, young mandarin, blackberries, perfume. Taste is medium fruity sour, nice mix of starfruit, apple, gooseberry & blackberries with lemon acidity, bitter tones of straw, hay & wheaty-bready accents, retronasal whiff of perfume. Dryish, grassy hoppy finish, lemony, woody tannins. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Berliner Weisse with a tad more class.

Clear orange beer, no head. Aroma: vinegar, fruity notes, very funky. MF: soft to no carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sour start, some vinegar, nice and fruity, some blackberries. Aftertaste: lovely, good acidity, fruity, not very complex, but I like it!

Clear bright orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: spicy, bit peppery, sourish, very funky, dirty, cow fodder. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish, funky, some tannins, orange peel, lemony touch. Aftertaste: citrus, bit funky, dry, some more tannins, acidic, funky and weird. Not their best fruited Berliner.
