Tap. Darkest brown color with beige head. Aroma is bretts, earthy, chocolate, nice freshness. Taste is chocolate, mild bretts, cherries, nice balance, not sour. Thick oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good!

Borefts XI, Day 1. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Mellow but tangy dark malts. Good tangy dark fruits, approaching sourness. Light finish. A bit too tangy methinks, didn’t pick up the Calavados barrel.

28/IX/19 - on tap @ Borefts Day 2, BB: n/a - (2019-1652) Thanks to the international RateBeer Crew for sharing today's beers!
Clear dark brown beer, big creamy beige head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: roasted, sourish, vinegar, weird, this is not gonna be my cup of tea I'm afraid. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish, fruity touch, lemony, some vinegar. Aftertaste: sourish, caramel, dried fruits, bit hoppy, vinegar, very sourish.

Borefts special, Fusion (probably?) with brett added. Fun stuff! Lightly sour, subtle bretty horse blanket, lots of apple (both from the barrel as from the brett), woody. Still nicely caramelly and raisin from the base. Caramel.
