Fles gekocht in België, thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een donker bier met weinig schuim. De geur van koffie komt je tegemoet. De smaak is zacht, gebrand en koffie achtig. Lekker.

Bottle, 6%. Farty and roasted aroma turning into coffee after a bit. Clear very dark brown colour with a red shine. OK stable brown head. The flavour is has a citric note, almost sour. Also has ashes, burnt molasses. Late citric liquorice. Does not taste much of coffee, more of burnt malt and liquorice. Creamy mouthfeel.

Bottle at Egalite. Lots of maltiness. Chocolate, roasty, coffee. Even light dried fruits and warmth. Seems much stronger in ABV than it actually is. Very good.
