Big thank you to Vanessa & Nils for this 0,33 l bottle. BB 23.11.25. Pours out oily. Jet black in the glass, nearly two finger beige foamy head. Looks really good. Intensive aroma, dark berry fruity, smooth malt, choco with present Bourbon and vanilla. Taste starts berry fruity, smooth malty with darker choco, vanilla, less barrel wood. Balanced and slick at the palate. No carbonation as expected. Long lasting aftertaste. Very nice one.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per l'orzo tostato e il caffè. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera molto e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, fiori, agrumi e vaniglia.

0,33l bottle at home. Black color, no head. smells bourbon, vanilla, light smoky. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes bourbon, vanilla, medical, smoky. finishes lightly dry and lightly smoky with notes of bourbon, vanilla and earthy notes. Nice to very nice one, very good to drink

0.33 l bottle from 'Gastrodrink', 6.8% abv, best before July 2024. Almost clear, very dark ruby to black with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, gently roasty, slightly fruity aroma of dark chocolate, coffee bourbon, dark fruits, vanilla and some caramel. Quite sweet, malty, fairly roasty and a bit fruity taste of dark chocolate, coffee, caramel, vanilla, bourbon, oak, coconut, some dark fruits and light ash, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, slightly woody finish. Medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty beer, unfortunately way too effervescent, killing some of the deeper flavours. Could have been much more.

Bottle from Bruneck. Dark brown, big tan head with superfine bubbles. The nose is a bit dark/malty, but rather mild. Very smooth and mild bourbon and vanilla flavor, very balanced, no flavors overpowering each other but a nice combination.

Bottle at the Munich Ratebeer Christmas tasting, at Jonas's, Garching, Friday 17th December 2021. Pours dark brown with a light beige filmy head. A little beef stock, gravy, tangy, soft moutheel, whiskey is good.

Bottle. Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is vanilla, caramel, chocolate. Taste is the same, not too intense, quite pleasant though, with a tiny tart edge. Oily mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Solid.
