12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Onalaska, 7/18/21. That previous rating is worrisome, but it's been 4 years so hopefully they've improved. Luckily for them I have no expectations so they can only stand to exceed. Clear hopper, large foamy tan head, good retention. Like, too good. Aroma of leafy and citrusy hops. Taste is resin, pine, passionfruit. Strong lingering bitterness. Actually quite nice. Good thing they've improved since 2017.

Bottle shared by Ben, thanks! Pours a murky deep golden orange with a large tan head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has lots of flora and sweet citrus with a bit of light grains. Flavor has an odd bread and earthy citrus with a bit of flora.

Super hazy apricot coloured body with a bit of an orange glow and a thick, six centimetre tall tan head - very nice. Aroma of grassy and very citrus-based hops with some yeast notes, a little sweetness and some more grass. Medium-bodied; Good balance of malt, yeast and hops in the flavour with a lot of emphasis on lighter and more soapy malts. Aftertaste shows some citrus hop notes, a little hop pellet flavour and a hint of a spicey yeast strain. Overall, a decent IPA, perhaps a bit past it’s prime, but showing some good characteristics and then a few not-so-good. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Ridgeview Liqour in Green Bay, Wisconsin on 29-July-2012 for US$1.89 sampled at home in Washington on 18-February-2013.

Standard ipa. From a bottle, it seems to be fresh and the hop flavor is good, with a dry, herbal quality. Light sweetness.

12oz bottle pours murky copper – brown with tall near rocky tan head. The aroma is a little dusty and cedar spicy like and then some horribly muted pine notes are noticed near the end of the draw. The taste begins with spicy wood notes mixing with grassy resiny pine hop bitterness. Behind the bitter hops are thin rings of malts and blunted pine hop flavor. This IPA is nicely on the bitter side of the hop spectrum.

Draft at OF. Orange-tan, looks filtered. Straightforward IPA, some mild citrus tones and a nice earthy hop taste. Pleasant sweet floral aroma. Mellow caramel and orange tones as flavor. OK.

Huge, fine yellowish head, fed by fine pearling hazy ochre-orange beer. Shards of lace, persistent. Very nice-smelling grapefruit-y, resiny hops, also some ureum, whiff of raw milk. Bitter, dry, grapefruit/grapefruitpeel hoppiness. Very citrussy, maybe lacking a bit of malts. Wry, near dry-out effect, finish being a bit watery, emptier. Nice IPA, if certainly not the top. Thx, DaveDave!
