Super Solar IPA gets its juice from the combination of Mosaic & Citra hops. Juicy & citrusy notes, along with an intense aroma defeats gravity itself. Although the hops used were grown on planet Earth, we think this beer is Out of This World!

Can from The Beer Store that pours a clean amber colour with a big warm cap, long lasting and creamy streaks of lacing. The aromas show the Mosaic hops with their herbal grassy and piney touch over some fruitiness, which is not my favourite. This hop continues conquering into the flavours with some sharp bitterness, loads of dry grassiness hiding much of the caramel malts and fruity notes. Definitely an IPA, but wish the Citra would be more powerful in here to balance things up.

Can at home. Clear orange golden color, average sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, hops, a bit metallic perhaps but some resinous and piney notes as well. Taste malts, resinous bitter hops, bitter, hop bitter,. Medium body, oily texure, decent to medium carbonation. I really like this one. Love the resinous bitterness in this beer. Lovely. 8-3-9-5-18.

Optisch eher dunkel, Kupfer. In der Nase hopfig, im Trunk eher unauffällig, vielleicht hat es den Transport nicht überstanden. Hopfig, malzig, leicht butterig.

500ml can. Opalescent, redd-ish golden colour with small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Piney, resinous and slightly citrusy, hoppy aroma, caramel malty background with somne rye (?) spiciness, notes of orange, orange zest, marmalade. Taste is bitter, piney hoppy, minimally mineral, dry, caramel malty basis without residual sweetness, citrusy zesty hints of orange, tangerine, a marmalade touch, some malt spiciness; minimally watery passages, lingering bitter hoppy finish.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma is nice casual oily hoppiness. Has nice foam and an okay deeper gold body. Flavour is good juicy hops and a slightly crisp malt finish. Mouthfeel is dry with a hint of oil, very good balance. This is a nice IPA and among the brewery's better offerings.

On tap. Pours a mahogany color with full head. Aromas of coppery toasted malts, sugary dark fruit and a little pine. Flavors of buttery fruit, pine and doughy malts. Simple. Nice.

50 cl can bought at Airdrie Liquor Store (Calgary) and tasted at Silverhorn Creek Campground right before they shut their 2018 season. Beautiful campground, no frills but beautiful scenery and nice neat area with camp tables and firepits. Btw, nice can with sweet art, the artist deserves some credit. Okay, back to business, that is, tasting. Beer pours amber to orange, dark and clean, with some thick, long-lasting, off-white head. Aroma is super high: grapefruit, peach, dandelion, Seville bitter orange, and even, yes, tomato. Fresh, ripe tomato. Fizzy, full-bodied, crisp, with some great, long-lingering, well-balanced bitterness. Very good IPA.

Clear medium copper with a generous foamy off white head that fades slowly and leaves lots of lace. Nose is light toffee with prominent citrus and tropical fruit. Light sweet malts support a medium citrus bitterness. Mouth is medium slick with average carbonation and a long bitter finish. Nice. 8/3+/7/3+/14
