Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, spicy honey, alcohol. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, honey, resin, oak - wood, alcohol, buzzy. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20160820]

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering 2016, Ulfborg, Day 2. Clear pale golden color, no head. Smell and taste some honey, lightly boozy, sweet with a hint of cognac. I quite like it.
