Tap at Tap Zuid. Hazy golden with white head. Massive white pepper! Some sweet malts and tart lemon peel, but totally dominated by white pepper. Under medium sweet with spicy bitterness and a hint of sourness. Medium bodied.

Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of pepper, malts and yeast. Spicy flavour, black pepper, yeast, pepper corns, white pepper. Finish white pepper, yeast, sweet malts. Nice!!

Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. Lots and lots of pepper throughout, over typical wit characteristics like coriander, smooth wheat texture, some spices and that typical sweetness. Umami. Starts to burn a bit on the palate after a while. Nice.

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light pepper, bread, fruit. Taste is light pepper, more bread, mango, faint orange. Light peppery linger. Well - judged with the spices.

Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is nice real pepper, fresh. Taste is biscuit-doughy, peppery, clean. The pepper character is perfect, but it’s not that complex. Excellent drinkability though.

The Travlr tasting at ChrisO’s. Thanks to Gene for all the beers and Chris for hosting. Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, semi dry and with fine carbonation. Perfumey florlaness, touch of violets. Mild pepper. Trace of citrus. Airy dry finish. Entertaining.

Pale golden color with a frothy white head wwith good lasting and medium lacework. Aroma has notes of yeast, light citrus, hay and straw. Flavor is yeasty with bittery notes. Lot of carbonation.
