A love of lemon ice tea resulted in the conception of this guy, so using our lemon sour as a base we infused the lemon zest/juice and TEA hopped it using fresh Earl grey.

Pours hazy yellow, small head.Nose shows herbal earl grey and and lemon zest along with a faint confectionery note.Flavours include prominent acidity and earl grey herbal notes. More of the lemon drop confectionery note too.

Keg at The Brewery Shop, Berkhampstead, Herts, Monday 1st August 2015 Pale lemon colour with a smattering of white bubbles, zippy lemon, tart, sour but refreshing, thoroughly enjoyed this but one is enough. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4

Keg @ Birmingham Beer Bash 2015. Looks like cloudy lemonade. Bergamot aroma. Taste is floral with elderflower, lemon zest and a dry mildly sour berliner finish. Tasty.

Tap at the Birmingham Beer Bash, 2015. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, zesty citrus, pear. The flavour is light acid sour with a watery smooth fruity light tart palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Beavertown / IMBC The Earl Phantom ].Unclear - hazy matt light to medium yellow color with a small average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate yeasty, baking yeast, light heavy lemon, lime, zest. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, zest, lime, citrus, yeasty.
