Taster at the bar. Pale gold with a medium head. Aroma of chalky melon hop. Flavour is fruity bitter hop, dry melon hop, long fruity finish.

Blond paille très légèrement voilé avec une abondante mousse blanche crémeuse, ça commence plutôt bien. L'effervescence y est poussée avec de fines bulles. Un peu trop poussé d'ailleurs car cela perturbe quelque peu la dégustation. Le nez est également appréciable, très porté sur le fruit avec mangue, ananas, pêche, citron vert, pamplemousse et agrémenté d'un léger résineux et d'une pointe herbacée. Déception cependant à la dégustation avec une instabilité structurelle amenant à une bière trop brouillonne. A l'attaque, l'amertume est légèrement agressive avec un résineux tournant au plastique et des arômes fruités moins accomplis qu'au nez (citron vert, pêche, pomme et pamplemousse). La deuxième bouche est légèrement plus équilibrée. Du poivre apparaît sur des arômes plus fruités, notamment avec de la mangue et de l'ananas. La plénitude aromatique est tout de même loin. L’arrière-bouche, centrée davantage sur l'amertume est plus saillante mais moins aromatique. Le final, long, s'écrase cependant quelque peu en présentant une petite astringence. L'alcool, à 5,5% n'est pas si mauvais que cela, la déstabilisation provenant avant tout de l'amertume.

(Draught at L'Ermitage Taproom, Brussels, 19 Oct 2018) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, tea, resin and fresh hops. Malty, fruity taste with grainy malt, apricots, citrus, resin, leafy hops and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Bottle from Etre. Pours golden with a creamy, lasting, white head. Malty with some cookies, hay, black tea. Quite astringent and dry, with a short citrusy finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle from 100 pív Pours hazy gold with thin white head. An okay ale, not really smashing in any aspect, but it's really okay and well balanced. Good.

Bottle at home from La Cave a Bulles, 16th February 19. Pours light straw. Aroma is light aromatic and citrus. Taste is peach, citrus, straw, light bitter. Nice but not memorable

On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Gialla appena torbida, schiuma bianca media, pannosa, molto persistente. Al naso note agrumate, di pompelmo, mango, leggero terroso. In bocca è equilibrata, con attacco maltato e finale amaro medio. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ok.

Keg at the source. A mostly clear golden coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is nice floral lemon, rubber,. Flavour is composed of pale bready grains, citrus oil, lemon, pine.. Decent. Palate is semi sweet z light, moderate carbonation. Little rough round the edges.
