The Lantern is a bit of a metaphor for the fragile and sacred fire that we preserve to advance into the unknown. Beyond beer as a product of conviviality and pleasure, it is also the Lantern which will guide us in the first steps of nanobrewery. This dry and light IPA gives pride of place to American hops to develop a refreshing bitterness and a beautiful aromatic palette. Till 2017 brewed at Brasserie de Bastogne (Minne).

Keg at the Bottle Shop. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry and with decent fine carbonation. Light dry sweetish malts. Trace of creamy sweetness. Dry thin minerally citrus. Mild orange and orange peel. Traces of lenon and grapefruit. Dry crisp finish. It's fine but not doing huge amounts for my hop cravings.
