07/09/2018 - small tasting glass @Ermitage Taproom. Hazy light yellow, big white head. Nose is grassy, fruits. Taste is bit lemon, blood orange, bit spicy, dry bitter spicy ending.

75cl bottle from the BXLBeerfest Gift limited pack. This beer was so limited to the festival that it was available at the brewery before the fest and still is now for cheaper than the 13€ a bottle charged ... meh. BB 10/02/2019. Dorée sur léger voile, le tout devient très trouble avec pas mal de dépôt de levure sur le dernier quart de la bouteille - col épais blanc. Arôme est fruité avec une bonne effluve d'orange sanguine, houblonné léger avec une note de pin perçant en rétro et accompagnée d'un léger bouquet herbacé. Palais est axé sur le houblon tout en gardant un bonne base de malt où par ailleurs sur la fin la levure devient trop présente, ajoutant un effet boueux et épicé sur le dernier verre. Le profil houblonné oscille entre fruité agrumes, touche de tropical avec un effet un peu plus acerbe d'orange sanguine sans jamais être trop devant. Pointe épicée revient sur la fin du fait de la levure - heureusement pas au point de la Suske où ça devient imbuvable.

Pours rather unclear blonde, medium small white head. Smell is fruity, malty, tad spicy by the hops. Taste is sharp, full, estery, plastic towards the end, very troublesome. Not a fan. Reasonably bitter.

Tap at the source (as "Blood Orange IPA" - I suspect the actual beer name may be something else, but the big letters said that). Pours hazy golden. Aroma is fruity, citrus, orange, fart. Flavor follows the nose. Overall: ok.

Little cloudy orange beer, big creamy white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity at first, then malty, some caramel, bit of tropical fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, fruity, orange peel, malty, some blood orange indeed, caramelised grains, citrus, bit oxidized? Aftertaste: more fruity, mandarins, soft bitterness, grapefruit, more oranges, dry and bitter finish. Feels like it has already lost some of it's potential...

750ml bottle from BXLBeerFest. Slightly hazy, fruity and hoppy with some hints of blood orange, pine, citrus and malts. Surprisingly good.

Bottle during Russputin’s share; hazy yellow pour with a bubbly off white head aroma has yeast and citrus, taste has quite a big yeast profile, citrus, some spicing, peach is present.

Sampled @ BXL Beerfest 2018. A murky pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of dry herbal fruits, zest, wheat, tea. Taste of green tea, wheat, herbs, yeast, zest.
