Our Cid Cuivré is a testament to our québécois identity. The apple trees benefit from favorable soil, and our Cid Cuivré spends the winter outside. Its light taste of « apple juice » accompanied by its high alcohol content could very quickly give you the desire to fly away, like Jeremiah the frog!

Pretty straight forward cider, mind you i think this was advertised as an iced cider, bah, whatever. Big apple aroma, and some honey. Great viscous mouthfeel, nice sweet bright apple finish. Waaaaaaay too easy drinking for 11%.

355ml bottle online from Beer Republic. Pours clear pale yellow with a fast disappearing loose white head. Aroma: sweet apples. Taste: moderate sweet, juicy apples, very light tartness. Light to medium body, low carbonation, semi-sweet fruity finish. Hides it's lofty ABV well.

ABV: 10.0%. Clear light yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sugary apples, sweet apples, apple peel - apple skin. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, apple, sugary, sweet appels, apple peel, apple skin. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20200111]

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear light colden, small white head. Nice apple, light fermented apple aroma. Fermented apple flavour, juicy, fluffy mouthfeel. Light acidity and a little warmth in the finish. Nice.
