Our Cid Cuivré is a testament to our québécois identity. The apple trees benefit from favorable soil, and our Cid Cuivré spends the winter outside. Its light taste of « apple juice » accompanied by its high alcohol content could very quickly give you the desire to fly away, like Jeremiah the frog!

355ml bottle. Golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of mellow apple, sulphur hint. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, fruity, some melon with alittle tartness and underlying alcohol. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, semi-sweet fruity finish. Quite drinkable

Sampled from 0.355 l bottle at Borefts 2018, thanks for sharing! Clear, golden with a white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, moderately fruity aroma of ripe apples, some pear and traces of walnut. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, rather fruity taste of ripe apples, some pear and hints of walnut, followed by a short, fairly tart and dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite nice!

Bottle, many thanks Benzai! Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is soap, gummybears, very sweet, sweaty. Taste is soap, sweatsocks, onions, gummybears, ethanol, boozy finish. Fizzy carbonation. Wtf is this? This must at least the weirdest Cider I've ever had.
