Bouteille 341ml. Couleur jaune dorée pâle translucide, mousse blanche fugace. Arôme de pomme fraîche, pelure de pomme. Goût de pomme légèrement acide, sucré, cœur de pomme, l'alcool est très bien camouflé. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.

Botella 35.5 cl en el kraken 06..10..2016. (r17) Color dorado transparente con poca espuma blanca y algunas columnas de burbuja fina. Aromas y sabores frescos piel de manzanas verdes bastantes secas y con ligera acidez. Sabor seco final no muy intenso pero prolongado. No está nada mal. Buena.

A hazed golden cider with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet apple pulp with cooked apple sauce. In mouth, sweet apple pulp with loads of alcohol, bitter herbs, interesting.

On tap at Vice et Versa, pours a cloudy pale blond with a small white head. Aroma is full of apple skins, white wine notes and a bit of barnyard character. Flavour is heavily sweet, with lots of apple sauce, maybe some pears, finishing quite alcoholic without taking away from the depth. Although very sweet and boozy, this drinks very easily and dangerously. Very good.
