Huvila Pale Ale is clear amber coloured beer with an aroma that brings aromatic hops, caramel and grass to mind. The American hops that we have used in its production give the citrusy and hoppy taste as well as a long bitter after taste. Refreshing with an air of sophistication!

50 cl bottle @ home, BBE 10.12.2012
Aroma is hoppy with fruits, biscuits, hints of bready malt and gooseberry bush. Flavour is somewhat hoppy with resin, biscuits, bready malt and some gooseberries. Becomes leathery with hints of vegetables at the end of the glass; probably not very fresh bottle? Does not feel English.
Nice and refreshing. A bit thin though, but what can you do with 4,2%?

Dean Swift - RBESG Tasting. Clear pale gold beer, little white head. A lot of lagerish malt. Okay hops but overall too much of the pale lagerish malt.

Bottle at RBESG 2011 Grand Tasting at The Dean Swift, London. Pours clear, yelow-gold with a light, foamy head. Mild citrus and dough aroma. Medium sweet flavor, light dough and grass. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Pleasant finish of biscuity malts and light bitterness. Very solid beer.
