From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours rather pale yellow, with fluffy white foam. Aroma is light citrus, mostly lemony. Body is light, with relatively low carbonation. Taste is sweet and lemony, but the two aspects balance each other well. Finish is short, but as it some residual spiciness is left in the back of the mouth.

On tap at a tasting in Rome 4:20 pub on 27/08/2015. Pours hazy pale yellow color, small white foam. Nose: a real blast of lavander, flowers, soft and delicate cheese. Impressive. Mouth: thin, easy drinking, floral, jasmine forward, straw. Liked it!

Hazy pale yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, lightly dishwasher water, lightly lime, lemon, a hint of some kind of keep-insects-away-spray. Average body and soft carbonation. Meh.

Rurale seta5% white beer served in a bulbous snifter. It is a cloudy light gold with a thick white head of foam. Wheat, spices, coriander. The taste is with orange and coriander I am guessing this is a Belgian witbier rather than a Weizen. Once it warms up a bit I get some peach as well - tasty. Full flavored & well made.

Pours hazy golden. Somewhat blanche type, at first with a nice foam that reduces soon to a thin layer. Aroma has some strong coriander, a bit of wheat and sourness. Sweet aroma. Taste has coriander, anise, French-type session beer. Well balanced. Good choice after a long walk, not too complex.
