Our new single hopped sour ale was brewed with pineapple. It’s fruity yet not sweet, tart with a light hint of mint. Not too bitter, not too sour, this 4.0% ABV fruity sour ale is simply perfect for summer and hot days!

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with a small and rather quickly vanishing white head. Aroma is aloe vera, some mild acidity, lime and pineapple. Flavour is following the same pattern, but the mint is coming through quite clearly and there's also a rather burning acidic edge to it.

330 ml bottle. Unclear yellow, quickly disappearing head. Hints of mint, lactic acid, some iron, lime juice, some pineapple, wheat, sweetener. Acidic sourness. Light bodied, watery texture, fizzy carbonated, dry sour finish.

Bottle @ Home. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of light malt, light sourness, unripe fruit, pineapple. Flavor is lightly sour, malt, tart fruit, pineapple, light citrus. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, dry light acidic finish. 080621

Bottle @Last Højbjerg Tasting in Højbjerg. Clear pale golden, white head. Aroma has pineapple, green leaves, citrus, light yoghurt notes. Fruity flavour, sourish pineapple, light yoghurt again.

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Some citrus notes. Light bitter flavor. Some mint and pineaååle notes. Light bitter finish. Watery palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are tropical fruits, lactose acid, flowers, malt, hops and has a nice sour finish.

A bit hazy orange-amber colour, small white head. Fruity and odd minty aroma. Light-bodied. Light sourness, watery, tart pineapple in the flavour. Not so much mint. Light and meh.
