Vinous is a collab with the awesome Ladies That Beer, a community of beer-loving women who wanted to brew something special together with us. They teamed up with a troupe of our fantastic female brewers, developed the recipe as a team and came and brewed with us in Tottenham.

It’s brewed with a complex grain bill which includes barley, wheat, oats, rye, spelt and buckwheat, kettle soured with Lactobacillus Plantarum and fermented with wine yeast. Boom.

Vinous is a super refreshing red grape sour with aromatic, crisp berry and wine notes, bracing minerality and balanced acidity.

Try it together with *crisps, *doughnuts, *cheese or a steak*

*Or on its own

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours totally clear pink-red with a fluffy white head that fades into nothing. Enjoyable if basic, with notes of tangy berries, a little lemon, grape, wheat. Light bodied with spritz carbonation. Lightly drying finish, pretty clean, more mellow tart berries. Not bad.

330ml can @ Station. Pours clear deep crimson pink, medium pinkish white head. Vinous berry / schloer on the nose. Taste is crisp, lightly lactic, lightly tangy sour, some pleasant red berry and grapes, the wheat / oat / rye / spelt layering seems somewhat lacking, but it's a decent fruity early evening refresher for the start of a heavy night.
