Poured from a 16 oz can dated September 26, 2024. Aroma is fairly hop forward with lots of passion fruit, guava, pineapple and tropical citrus. Light dank, oily resin notes. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes. Pours a clear, brilliant gold color with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes to a small film that lingers. High lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Medium to medium high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong hop notes with passion fruit, tropical citrus, and guava being most prevalent. Lighter notes of dank, oily resin. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid IPA, but for being double dry hopped I would have expected a bigger hop note in the aroma. This didn't smell or taste much different than the regular version.

APPEARANCE: gold colour and clear. medium off-white head with good retention. TASTE: medium hop flavour with pine notes, followed by slight lime, herbaceous. neutral fermentation profile with a neutral medium-low to low malt background with some sweetness. medium-high bitterness that balances the dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a nice american IPA.

Draft at Southern Grist 3rd Anniversary. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that dissipates. Lychee aromas with some peach and coconut as it warms. Citrus and dank come out as it warms as well. Fairly smooth and easy drinking on the palate. More tropical fruit and mild bitterness. Lingering dank and lychee on the finish.
