It is an ale composed of about 50% unmalted wheat. It is a very fresh and drinkable beer, inspired by the Belgian tradition of wheat beers. It contains coriander and orange zest in addition to grapefruit zest, which emphasizes its astringency. Latte Più is moderately hopped, with a delicate bitterness and great ease of drinking. It has a particularly milky appearance

On tap at 2018 Vrteška festival, Belgrade. Shared with Višnja 666 and Pilot Goran. Murky straw colour, small off-white head. Strong spices, candy, dusty, citrusy effervescent tablet-like. Flavour is exactly like the said tablet... Light body, soft carbonation, moderate finish. Very strange.

On tap at GBBF 2018. Hazy cloudy pale gold colour lasting white head. Now that's quite nice tangerine satsuma flavour. Lemon and a bit of herb. Rather good I thought. Herby.

Pours a very hazy pale yellow, with about two fingers of dense white head. Not that big for the style, showing decent persistence and nice lacing though. Moderately intense aroma shows white bread, some citric fruitiness (orange mostly) and some spiciness. Taste notes follow the aroma, again quite faded, and kind of not very well integrated with an empty feel to it. Possibly lacking a bit of carbonation, which is not indeed low but sure lower than usual per style. However, it's light bodied and smooth and it goes down easy. Best before october 2018, should still be reasonably fresh. A very much unremarkable and quite tired blanche.

T: malt, lemon sourness, fruity, coriander, tangerine, very refreshing for summer, light body, normal carbonation, worth to try, on tap at Mystic Burger in Como.

[9/27/15] Draught at Hoppy Days in Amsterdam. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma of coriander and citrus peels, slightly soapy. Flavor is quite dry, with coriander, citrus, mildly tart, with a slightly bitterish finish. Quite light-bodied. Refreshing.
