Bottle. Well, as you can probably tell through the clear glass (frown) bottle, color is a urine yellow, but what you can’t perceive until pouring it is that a large, fizzy head will erupt and quickly fade. If you left it in the bottle, you would also miss out on the aromas... which are better than the appearance, but still smack of American Macrolager: light corn with a bit of grass. Nothing particularly offensive in the nose, just nothing to entice, either. Aroma is the strong suit, Flavor is a meaningless amalgam of corn, corny sweetness and water. It leaves a bit of an unpleasant flavor in the mouth, and I can see how a lime or a lemon might help out this beer. (And anytime my beer needs fruit, things look bleak.)

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a small frothy white head. The aroma is typical lager, corn malt and grain. The taste is a watery corn malt with a metallic finish. Not too much going on with this pale lager from AB.

Clear straw colour. Fresh pale malt and grain on the nose. Bland palate with light grain and pale malt. Not much hop. Clean. Dull.

Gold color. Ok head for a lager. Nice smell for a crappy lager as well. Metallic taste. Light malty. Meh. Didn’t know A-B made it though. Damn scammers. Well at least I didn’t buy it.

12 oz bottle from Country Club Liquors; Nose of honey, grain, and a minor caramel note; gold with a medium white head; flavor is corn syrup sweetness and a tiny bit of pepperness; finish slightly sweet. Not as bad as Bud, but just another pale lager.

I’ll save my usual rateing style for this one by just saying its Corona in a different bottle. Way over priced at $8+ a six but i guess throwing one in to fill out a mix-a-six is worth it.

Yellow body, white foamy head, not much retention. Aroma is normal pale lager. Taste is of adjuncts, mainly corn. Somewhat smooth mouthfeel for a common macro.

Sampled from a 12 oz clear bottle this beer poured a pale yellow color with a large white head. The aroma was sour industrial lager with a noted skunky element. The flavor was sour, tangy and just slightly sweet with a very light skunky undertone. The finish was a bit sweet and corny.

bottle - I was just thinking, hey, what we need in America is another bland, watery, fizzy yellow beer! Umm... no. I don’t understand the need for this beer to exist in the already crowded weak, bad beer market. It’s clear and yellow. It smells like very little, just some pale malt and corn. It tastes sweet and light and of course, it’s thin and too watery. I did like it a little more than regular Bud.
