Pours a clear, very pale yellow color with a tiny white head and poor retention. No lacing. Grainy lager aroma with a hint of lemon and diacetyl. Crisp, highly carbonated. Weak, grainy lager flavor. Watery mouthfeel. Meh. BMC have no competition here. Weak effort from S-N. Disappointing. You hopheads crack me up. This beer is fair at best, but since it's from S-N you love it. If it was by AB, you wouldn't give it one point. Hahaha.

12 Fl Oz can on 27th Feb 2019, in California. Light golden body, swiftly fading white top. Drank while eating a Turkey stir fry meal, suited it. Leaning towards a malty sweetness in both the aroma and taste, could easily been a Mexican brewed lager. OK, but the other five in the six pack will be drank by others, not me.

Pour is a almost completely clear beer with a little yellow tint to it. Flavor is some pale malt and not much else. Finish is gone right after the swallow. Pretty bland and watery but that is what they were going for so no hard feelings.

The Aromas are bittersweet, bread dough and wet grain. Flavors are like nose with good carbonation. Just basically easy drinking pale lager with almost no head or lace.

Can packaged December 6th.

It pours a clear straw gold with a big but quickly shrinking head of foam. A bit of lacing and the foam doesn't completely disappear.

Smells of lemon citrus, grainy, malty sweet but not overly.

Lemon citrus taste, grainy almost if not earthy malt. Sweetish but that's cut by an almost noble hop character of bitterness.

Light body but not watery.

Refreshing beer here.

Poured from a 12 oz can dated 12/27/2018. Aroma is grain forward with hints of corn. Faint hints of hops and floral esters. Very clean. Pours a clear, yellow gold with a medium sized, medium thick, frothy, white head that slowly recedes to a small film that lingers in larger clumps on the edges. Flavor is similar to the aroma. Crisp and clean with light grain notes in the front. Faint corn, floral hops and esters. Low bitterness. Mouthfeel is light bodied and crisp with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice, crisp, clean Mexican lager.

12 ounce can into lager glass, canned on 11/29/2018. Pours fairly crystal clear pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of cracker, corn, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, lemon, citrus zest, light pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. A bit of fruity corn aromas, but not overwhelming. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt/grains, and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of big cracker, corn, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, lemon, citrus zest, light pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, corn, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, lemon, citrus zest, pepper, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome robustness and balance of pale malt/grains, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with no yeasty notes present. Minimal corn fruitiness. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and fairly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an excellent pale adjunct lager. All around great robustness and balance of pale malt/grains, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Very clean and nicely rich pils malt/grain showcase, with nice earthy Sterling hop presence/balance. Not overdone on adjuncts. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected of the brewery. Will be a great summer beer.

Can shared at Craft Brewed. Pours a clear gold with a finger of foam that dissipates quickly. Sweet malt and corn on the nose with some sweet bread and honey notes. More corn sweetness on the palate...not fun or enjoyable at all at this point. Almost sticky sweet with honey and malt coming on strong. Light with good carbonation but too sweet for me.
