330ml bottle from Monster and Beer, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Poured a clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is grainy buttery malt, funky yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a light, crisp, biscuit malt, wet grassy hop, light citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A refreshing pale ale.

33cl bottle in the Botanic Gardens, Wellington. A bright amber pour with a trace of white head; aroma of citrus and stone fruit; biscuity malt body with an earthy citrus bitterness giving a long finish. Just the thing to drink sitting in the gardens on a sunny afternoon.

Bottle from Tanakaya. Pours a clear, straw gold with a small white head that lingers throughout. Very nice lacing as well. Mango, passion fruit and peach on the nose with some light melon notes as well. Medium body with very soft carbonation. Toffee-like malts are there with good fruit forward hops, but not dominant. Very well-balanced and interesting take on a British pale. Lightly bitter finish with some piney, resinous notes.

On tap at GABS Sydney. Excellent hoppy nose. Golden beer with solid white head. Many fine bubbles. Mineral water feel, great hoppy bitterness. Citric finish. Really good, moreish.

While I would generally say this is a rather standard, non-description English pale ale I would also add that it is quite well done and would not let you down upon having a glass. Lightly malty with crisp hops. Pleasant.

It has a really nice, dusty aroma of grapefruits, rockmelon, musk stick and a hint of dust. The hops are prominent but very smooth in the mouth. The main letdown is that it’s a little watery and a little short.

(Bottle) Clear amber, slightest head. Peasant citrus aroma. Smooth medium light body with good fine carbonation. Taste is well balanced and straightforward combination of malt and hops. There is pleasant subtle malty sweetness overlaid by some prominent hops that give a citrusy tang to start and develop into a very nice bitter finish. A good beer.

Bottle, 11C. Amber with a white head. Aroma is floral with mandarins, heaps of lychees, slightly nutty biscuit. Lowish carbonation. The light biscuity malt sits in the background behind tropical and citrus fruit. Firmish bitterness lingers. Solid stuff.

Draft. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and flowery hops, leading to a bitter finish.
