From tap at Threes, New York. Oaky aroma with lemon, bready cereal grain, funk, green berries, fleshy white grape. Flavour is tart with a moderate sourness. Body is medium. Nicely grainy and funky.

Bottle thanks to Vin! Pours slightly hazy golden, small white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is oak, dust, brett, lemon, must, floral notes. Cheesecake and pineapple. Flavor is light tart, refined and fairly funky. Light body, soft mouthfeel. Excellent.

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Wet hay, citrus, grainy wheat and cracked malt aromas. Lemon zest, orange, wet grass and hay with some musty grape notes on the palate as it warms. Lingering funk and bright fruit notes.

Bottle split at L6, thanks to Manny Goldberg, 13/06/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is pissy citric shreds, funk, hay bale, apple peel, toasted grains. Taste comprises tangy citric peel, peach, yeast esters, light white peppery spice, crackers, grass, light herb, tangerine, funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid.

Bottle shared at Columbus tasting 13/06/2018. Many thanks to Padraig. A translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma si weird sour milk, lacto, milky wheat, pithy wheat, . Flavour is composed of tangy, lacto, light cheese, rubber, caramelmac. Palate si semi swet, lactose, tangy, moderate carbantion. Lingering dairy milk bar.

Level 6 bottleshare. Batch 2. Thanks to Padraig. Hazy paleish yellow.- gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft and semi dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Light and semi sweet malts. Mildly tart lemon and orange blends well with a little floral sweetness. Little sherbet on the back end. Nice.

Bottle it thanks to MannyG. Batch 2. It pours hazy gold with a small white head. The aroma is musty, funky, floral, chamomile, hay, lemon balm and wood. The taste is dry, tart, musty, funky, oak, wet leaves, lemony action, Granny Smith apple, tannin, oak and spice with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Interesting stuff. Decent funky saison.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Manny! Pours hazy gold with a foamy, white head. The nose holds melon, vanilla, sponge cake. Light to meidum sweet flavour with some semi-ripe citrus fruits, more vanilla, angel food cake. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with lemon drizzle, very soft acidity, wheat bread, ripe lemon. Fun stuff overall. Nice depth.

Bottle - Nice white grape and lemon funk. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Zesty and bright with some nice funk. Very nice as expected.
