Sampled from the tap at Mixed Culture. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to edges. Aroma has notes of grass, fresh leaves, hay and flora. Flavor has a combination of corn, grass, funk, straw and light flora.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light Bret, light grapeskins, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light grapeskin, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a crystal clear golden copper with a finger of foam that dissipates quickly. Grainy nose with light lemon tartness. Thin and watery on the palate, bubblegum. Grainy grittiness, abv hidden. Kind of underwhelming.

Can - Starchy and cabbage. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light fresh notes. Touch of lemon and some chalky notes again.

12oz can. Unfiltered dulled tan body; Steady, foamy white head. Fast rising carbonation bubbles. Rather lively beer to have from a can. Not really nailing it, a lot of white wine notes, bland sour vinegar tones. Unique, worth the price of admission, but I doubt I’d revisit it. Unruly, amateur, no finesse. Still interesting and modern.

Taster at Standard Market. Light nose of funk and white wine. Color is light yellow, and pretty fizzy. Taste is with notes of white grape juice with rose wine. A light tartness. Still keeps a note of light toasty malts. Compares a favorably to Goose Sofie.

Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at home after a long very hot run. Appearance is very cloudy gold with a thin white head. Aroma is nice, lots of wild yeast and funk, stinky cheese. Taste is decent, definite sour notes that linger, overall pretty good.
