Working with our French friends and cider makers Ferme de Billy. The Collaborators marries the very best of Devonshire and Normandy ciders. Pioneer series 02. The 'keeving' process used in Normandy produces wonderfully rich, sweet juice. When combined with crisp bittersweet Devon cider the result is a smooth, medium-sweet cider of character and depth.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! #200 Devon cider rating. Deep golden colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, fruity & fleshy, musky, floral, vanilla. Taste is sweetish, apple, floral, fleshy, with musk & vanilla hints, some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle from Morrisons Supermarket, Skipton. Golden with a light carbonation. Has some sweetness to its light apple, but does not linger in its aftertaste, where it gets somewhat dry. Has a fair aroma.

330ml bottle from Scrattings. Pours a clear copper, thin white ring atop. Golden rich aroma with stewed apple, honey and mirage-like cinnamon notes. Oily palate, low natural carbonation, slick stewed apple fruit, interesting medium fruit blend, smooth bodied with a gentle sweetness. Some fleeting cinnamon on the finish. Nice keeved cider.
