A light straw body with a big white head. A vibrant nose with banana, spice and acidity. The taste profile is exceptionally clean and refreshing. Banana, lemon, cinnamon, nutmeg and sweet bready malt work well with a strong carbonation and acidity to create a great summer witbier. I’ll be back for this one.

Bottle shared with the fam on the last night in St Alphonse. Gold with a frothy, white head. Yeasty, doughy aroma with a touch of clove. Taste is mildly bitter the whole way through. Moderate dose of lingering clove at the finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. A bit watery over the tongue. Ok.

600ml bottle. Clear golden pour, medium white head. Malted wheat is upfront, light citrus, lemon zest, some green hops, and some yeasty esters. Low bitterness, lemon finish, more wheat. Good, not great.

Clear yellow colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a kind of earthy grainy element. Beautiful bottle and label but the beer is mediocre. No different from a mass produced supermarket wheat/weizen.

On tap at Bdin lfestival. Has a hazy straw colour with an off-white head. Aroma of soap, wheat, hay and nutmeg. Flavour of wheat, lemon, grass, nutmeg, wet hay and is a little sour. Has a soft and slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Solid wit. Balanced and tasteful.

Medium, if fast dwidling greyish white head over coldhazed golden beer, rather low on visible carbonation. Perfumey, spicy nose, grass & garden herbs, rainwater. Wheatsourness both as aroma as as flavour. Grains, again a bit grassy. Spices are almost gone from the flavour. Mild pineapple flavour. In contrast to its looks, the feel is very carbonated, nearly fizzy, the more as the body is really light, even for a 5% ABV beer. Almost mineral water palate. I don’t get this beer - to me it’s lightly flavoured mineral water.
