Neun Sude und über ein Jahr Entwicklung haben wir uns Zeit genommen, bis unsere Braumeister mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden waren: ein goldgelbes Kellerbier, gebraut im historischen Dreimaischverfahren und mit fruchtigem Hopfenaroma und einer feinen Malznote. Das ursprüngliche Brauverfahren und der bewusste Verzicht auf moderne Filtration sind es, die unser Zwickl so vollmundig und dabei herrlich süffig machen. Das angenehm fruchtige, wenig herbe Hopfenaroma verdankt unser Zwickl dem Einsatz von feinstem Hersbrucker Hopfen.

40 cl bottle @ hotel room, Berlin. BBE 03/2020 Aroma has odd worty tones and malt. Flavour has sweetish malt, grain, mellow hopa and minerals. Also biscuits. Somewhat easy-going but easy to forget too.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

0.4 litre bottle at home on 14th July 2019. Misty golden body, snow white bubbles on top. The nose has a light yeasty front with a herbal/floral and hop aroma. Good crisp bitterness in the taste, hoppy with a mild citrus hint or two.

Many thanks for this beer to mariusz. Piwo w smuklej malej buteleczce z lakierowanym przodem. Piana mala, malo trwala, metnawe jaskrawo zolta barwa, pachnie cytryna i slodami. W smaku kwaskowo cytrynowe, zbozowe, ogolnie delikatne, ale bez wiekszych rewelacji

Bottle from Rewe. Amber with a full head. Aroma of fruit malt and grain. Flavour is amber malt, citrus fruits, sweet grain finish.

Bottle at the Kurhaus in krün. Nose is orange, citrus, hay, honey. Palate is sweet orange, citrus, hay, some bread. A bit sweet, but ok.

Eingetrübte goldene Farbe mit kleiner, weißer Schaumkrone. Leicht hefiger, malziger, säuerlicher Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, malzig, wiederum leicht säuerlich, schwach fruchtig. Leicht süß mit leichter Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure. Es wirkt auf mich unausgegoren und zu säuerlich, noch einmal muss ich dieses Bier nicht trinken.
