Dry sour nose of black currant. Quite sour, herbal fruits with a nice salty touch. Rather short finish

Vom Fass im Stone Brewing Berlin 2018-07 getrunken. 3 mal Schwarz also - (schwarze) Brombeere, schwarze Johannisbeere und schwarzes Salz bestimmen diese Gose also. Nun ja kalt kommen die Aromen der Früchte nicht gut hervor. Erst so nach 10 Minuten kommt eine deutliche Johannisbeernote auf. Das Salz macht sich für mich zum Glück nie wirklich bemerkbar sondern rundet diese Gose nur ab. Ein schönes und auch recht leichtes Teil für die warmen Tage.

Draught, 4% at Lager Lager. Distinct berry aroma, blackcurrant and more. Beautiful cloudy deep dark red colour. Big stable creamy pink head. The flavour is citric and salty. Has a decent berry flavour.

Draught at Protokoll, Berlin. Muddy, deep red colour with a thin, pink head. Tart fruity aroma with lemons, blackberries, blackcurrant and salty notes. Yougurt. Taste is sour. Dry, tart fruity finish. Excellent in the Berlin heat.
