Optisch orangerot/kupfer- bis bronzefarben und kräftig opaltrüb. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone hält dem Stil entsprechend wenig gut. Die Duftaromen halten sich sehr zurück - man vernimmt leichte Beerennoten, die an Früchtetee erinnern. Der Antrunk kommt frisch, feinspritzig, leicht säuerlich bis säuerlich-fruchtig-herb mit zarten Beerennoten. Der Körper präsentiert sich relativ schlank, mit kräftiger, aber feiner Rezenz, sehr zarter Textur und zarter säuerlicher Trockenheit. Auch auf Gaumen und Zunge dominieren die säuerlichen und fruchtigen, beerenartigen Noten. Das alles wirkt sehr erfrischend, aber weniger interessant oder komplex als vielleicht erwartet. Es erinnert ein wenig an Combucha, jedoch mit etwas mehr Säure und Herbe. Auch wenn man sich keinen Wow-Moment erhoffen darf, ist dieses Bier nicht übel und lässt sich auch gut trinken. Der Nachtrunk gestaltet sich wenig aromatisch, bleibt säuerlich und restrezent mit leicht säuerlich-herber Trockenheit im Finish.

Can shared at the Ekstraliga beer share with Grumbo and ITFCDan. Aroma of berry, grapes, wine, strawberry and raspberry. A bit watery dry finish.

Sample shared with haddock. Pours a misty pale pink, white head. Floral rosehip aroma, with additional red berry notes emerging, lightly tart.. interesting

Mega tasting session with Minutemat at my place on 6th November 2023. Panda from Grumbo. Misty dull orange body, white head. Hedgerow berries with a slight tartness, didn't quite work though, struggled with this one.

21/10/2023. Can shared at EBGP. Courtesy of Boris, cheers! Pours cloudy pale pinkish orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma is redcurrant, blueberry, raspberry, vanilla, biscuit, malt. Medium sweetness and light bitterness with a slight tart edge. Moderate body, creamy, average carbonation.

Keg at Strassenbrau, Ostkreuz, 23/07/23. Hazed reddish orange with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is light red berry fruits, dried red berries, sweet malts. Taste comprises red berries, herb, strawberry, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay refresher.

Canned, huge thanks Timo for sharing this with everyone. Misty red body, smooth chalky head. Sweet, smooth red berry aroma, quite lovely, strawberry-like. Lean, dry taste, white wine, red berries and light tartness. A very nice fruit sour!
