Bottle from Beyond Beer, Hamburg. Aroma is grainy, malt, grassy noble hop, straw, lightly a herbal touch. Flavour is moderate bitter with a dry finish. Medium body. Crisp Pilsener with some nice grains and noble hops. Wouldn't mind a crate of this.

Unclear orange with a big stable fluffy head. Sourdough, lemon, lemon zest. Dry sourness and some bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry sour zesty bittersweet finish finish. Weird Pilsner, quite sourish.

Bottle picked up from Beyond Beer webshop Hamburg, had this sat outside on another warm day though thankfully not blisteringly hot Wednesday 19th July 2023 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music and about to cook a Fish Pie. Pours hazy mid gold with a white head, a nice dryness, mid bitterness, good bite, light mineral edge. There is a little fruitiness but I cannot determine what I am picking up. Nice.

Bottled (from BierZwerg). Ambery golden colour with a mediumdized foamy white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is grassy, floral, hoppy and some mild earthy tones with some earthy tones. Flavour is grassy, floral, some herbal and bready tones. Not the cleanest Pils around...

Bottle, I believe from Beyond Beer, drunk once the water pipe has been safely reburied after two nights of minus ten Celsius, fortunately without freezing solid. Mostly clear light gold, nice fine head. Spicy nose with some light bubblegum and mineral notes. Flavor is pretty metallic and astringent, along with a rather unpleasant (although not overly strong) bitterness. I'm left wondering if something is wrong with the water chemistry, that's my best guess. Bad batch?

Hazy, amber color and a nice white head. Pilsner with a fruity touch. Nice herbal-bitter hoppy finish.
