Bottle @ O Tasco, Funchal. Unclear orange body with a big off-white head. Aroma is malty with caramel, red fruit and hint of bread. Flavor is sweet malt, light caramel, dry fruit, medium bitter and ripe fruit. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste with an extra sting of bitterness. Quite nice and food friendly.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy amber colored brew with an dry bitter taste, hints of citrus and caramel but they are in balance. Bought it at Smaakhuis, Lisse the town near the Keukenhof.

Very pretty red highlights with a tan head. Malty, light roasted malt, chocolate, dark fruits, berries. Full bodied. A throwback red ale. I like it.

Keg at Catraio Craft Beer Shop, Porto, 27/10/22. Reddish amber with a good sized light beige cap. Nose is caramel, dried fruits, dates, brown sugar sprinkle. Taste comprises caramel, light tangy fruit edge, herb, brown bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable for the style.

Bottle in Lisbon on Sunday 10th December 2023. Clean amber body, red hue. On top an inch of lightly tanned bubbles. Caramel sweet from start to finish, luckily I have a sweet tooth. Liked it.

Taster from a sample tray at Letraria. Clear amber-reddish body, spotty lacing, film-type layer. Inviting smell of brown malts added by a scent of berry-fruits. Flavoured with mild caramel malts, successfully joined by berry skins and mid-dry fruits. Drying malt-fruit-berry end. Medium bodied. Pretty good. (Porto, 10.09.2023).
