0,5 flaske fra lønningskontoret i Verksgata, delt med skibsrederen under dagens båtpuss: klar gylden med kort bruseskum. deilig, moden eplearoma og -smak med litt kanel og et forsiktig streif av vanilje. Rund, passe eplesyrlig og forfriskende drikke i sydenvarmen på fordekket, om enn noe endimensjonal.

Can shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 24.07.18. Clear golden. Quicly disappearing white head. Aroma and taste of fresh red apples and apple zest. Quaffable, but not very intersting.

330 ml bottle, as Cooper's Organic Cider, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.3%. Golden colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. A bit strange aroma - cider apples and candy, but also decaying apples with a hint of solvent. Sweet flavour, reminds me of sparkling apple juice. Hints of candy, but fairly nice to drink.

33cl bottle. A clear yellow cider with a small white head. Aroma of mild sweet apples, soft tart apples, sulfur. Taste of mild tart apples, mild sweet apple, sulfur, nothing special.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from local ’trinkgut’. Clear, golden yellow with a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white layer. Sweetish, minimally sourish and quite fruity aroma of ripe apples. Rather sweet, minimally sourish, quite fruity taste of ripe apples, followed by a short, slightly tart and a bit dry finish. Thin body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay, rather sweet, like sourish apple juice.

Recht süßer Beginn von fruchtigem Apfel. Reif, von der Süße her schon Richtung Apfelsaft gehend. Wenig würzig, spät dezent säuerlich, kaum erkennbar. Einen Ticken trockener im Nachgeschmack. 7/7/9/7/7/7
