Bottle. Amber beer with a cream head. Yeast and herbal aroma with citrus. Spice and yeast flavor with light herbal notes. Medium bodied. Spice and yeast linger with light citrus.

Bouteille 341ml, no BB. Achetée au marché Noël Bxl, stand québecois. Dorée sur un léger trouble, col blanc. Arôme est plaisant avec de belles effluves houblonnées et fruitées dans un style classique belge surtout au niveau de la levure. Palais est fruité assez léger restant dans une impression, petit côté fleuri rappelant le sureau avec une fin orientée sur qcq esters levure. Note de champ de fleurs - pâquerettes.

0,3 litre Bottle from Total Wine Henderson. Cloudy Golden with little white head. Wheat aroma and taste.

Slightly hazy golden blonde coloured body with a rather thick, five centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of grass, light malts, wheat, coriander seed, citrus and a dash of pure apples and pears noticeable at the end. Light-bodied; Very watery flavour at first with some fruits noticeable early on, that fade immediately to grasses, lemons and hay with no body at all and no depth in flavours or texture. Aftertaste shows the dryness at first with some yeast noticeable along with coriander seed, but not much else, aside from carbonation and a touch of sweetness at the end from some fruits. Overall, a pretty mellow beer all around, with no complexity, no real flavours at all from any sides of the equation and only some dry, grassy flavours that go with the lightness and a hint of fruitiness to even realise this is a beer. Decent at best, but only because it's so mellow and 'barely-there' that it's hard to say it's not good. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 26-November-2016 for US$2,69 sampled almost exactly a year later on 15-November-2017 at home in Washington.
