Tap at Beer Dock Crewe, 23/03/19. Hazed golden yellow with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is light citric pith, lime, spice, toasted grains, grass. Taste comprises lemon tinged straw, herb, grass, citric pith, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with dusty mildly Sorachi laden hop bitterness. Ok.

Cask at Sanctuary, Liverpool. It pours hazy golden - amber with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is floral, zingy, some bubblegum, Turkish delight, green and herbal. The taste is dry, rather bitter, quite floral, rose, green, herbal, boozy kick, Turkish delight and some spice. Medium body and soft carbonation. Rather interesting stuff. A sorachi beer I don't actually mind - what a surprise!

Cask @ Molly House, Manchester. Clear golden with a thin head. Has a floral-fruity-sweetness with a strength to it.

Can from Chester Beer and Wine [090916]
Amber, very hazy, frothy white head
Aroma of citrus zest, orange, some grapefuit, lots of fruit, no malts, sweet fruits, good aroma
Taste of citrus zest, grapefruit, orange, very fruity malts, slightly spicy, lots of juicy citrus, excellent flavour
Palate - Medium cab and body, good texture, fairly bitter hops with sweet malts, alcohol well hidden, slightly powdery which is possibly yeast. Finish of juicy fruits, bitter zest, bitter orange
Overall - Top North Welsh beer so far for me

Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival at KEGS. Cask. Hazy gold - amber beer, thin white head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Mild to medium sweet malts. Good but mellow Sorachi lemon, floral accentuated. Light semi dry finish. Simple but Sorachi tasty.
