Lingering raspberry meets searing sour to discuss a treaty within the mouth. A blend of berry’s works alongside a light malt bill to create a complex sour.

Can at the Drayman’s Son, Ely. Reddish, hazy and flat. Smells of raspberry vinaigrette and white grape. Light sour taste with light notes of bittersweet chocolate. Short and slightly acidic finish. Good sour but not overly ambitious. Which is fine on a Friday night.
