On my third and last flight of the afternoon at The Liberty Station on 17th March 2014. Beer Card stated 8.2% ABV. Golden with a white head that soon dispersed to a collar and wisp. Slight hop aroma with odd fruit and veg smells, not what I want to smell in a beer. Luckily the taste wasn’t like a mixed bag of produce from the grocery store. The hops rule the flavours with mild citrus notes to the fore becoming more bitter towards the end of each sip. Hides the alcohol well considering it’s body depth and lack of maltiness within it’s make up. OK more than ’great’ and the only Stones beer I had on the day that didn’t get my taste buds excited.
