Old rating from 2010 - 750ml bottle brought back from the US, poured at home in Jersey. Pours red-orange-copper with a off white creamy head. Aromas & tastes of caramel, grapefruit, earth, nuts, pine, hints of spice & malt. Medium body. Well balanced. Sweet & dry medium bitter finish. Excellent

Bottle. I almost thought this would be a malty flavored beer (don’t know why), but it was rather hoppy in both aroma and flavor. But that wasn’t a bad thing. This beer is actually rather tasty. Had a golden, amber color. Overall, pretty nice.

[as Rogue Santas Private Reserve ABV 5.0%] Bottiglia.

This beautiful amber ale has for it's highlights, an intense ruby color, a clean hop nose and hints of roast barley and more hops to round out the flavor profile. Well balanced and quite typical of the other excellent Rogue offerings. Reminds me of an Imperial Irish Red.

2022 Can from the Advent Box. Dark brown with faint garnet at the edges and a frothy tan head that slowly recedes. Sweet sugary stout with hints of roast and chocolate. Faint citrus light earthy hops. Odd but it works.

Bottle. Brown color. Caramel, ginger and lemon in the aroma. Sweetish hoppy flavor with lemon, ginger and red berries. Rather thin with an earthy bitter aftertaste.

355ml Bottle - Dark brown with red tinges and a foamy head. Dried fruit, marzipan, blackcurrant and caramel in the aroma. Caramel, blackcurrant, cherries, marzipan, pine and some slightly chocolatey notes in the taste. Quite tangy in the finish.
